By submitting a rental request or accepting a vehicle from Class Key Enterprises LLC, the renter agrees to the terms outlined herein. This agreement constitutes a binding contract.

$200.00 hold placed on renter's card if Rental Protection Insurance is declined. Hold released upon damage-free return. Damage costs may be deducted from deposit. Costs exceeding deposit remain renter's responsibility.

Class Key Enterprises LLC maintains commercial fleet insurance. Renters declining protection assume full liability for damage, theft, or loss. Renters should verify personal auto or credit card coverage.

Vehicles are for lawful road use only. No racing, off-road, towing hazardous materials, or illegal use. Unauthorized use voids protection.

Class Key Enterprises LLC is an independent rental provider, not affiliated with any manufacturer or dealership unless under written agreement.

Class Key Enterprises LLC is not liable for personal property left in vehicles, indirect damages, or losses beyond the company's control. Liability limited to rental agreement value.

Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, per applicable state law.
